Flooring Installation and Floor Repair Serving Chandler and Maricopa County
Kevin Torres started Chandler Flooring by Kevin after years of working on homes across Chandler and nearby Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. He built the business to focus on straightforward flooring installation and floor repair for the mix of older single-story homes in Downtown Chandler and newer builds in Ocotillo and Chandler Heights. Operating from Chandler keeps the crew close to the neighborhoods they know, where hot desert summers drive material choices that handle expansion from heat and mild winters allow steady work without freeze issues.
The company stays owner-operated, with Kevin Torres on job sites in Sun Lakes and around Veterans Oasis Park to inspect subfloors and match repairs to existing tile or hardwood. Crews handle the dust and traffic patterns common in Maricopa County homes, quoting work upfront and leaving sites ready for daily use. Hours stay consistent at Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–2pm so residents in Chandler Heights or near Chandler Center for the Arts can schedule without hassle.
What sets the work apart is attention to local soil movement and sun exposure that affects floors near Chandler Fashion Center or along the edges of Tempe. Kevin Torres selects adhesives and underlayments that stand up to these conditions rather than generic options.
I grew up in Chandler and started Chandler Flooring by Kevin after handling installs and repairs on homes across Maricopa County, including older stock in Chandler Heights and newer builds near Ocotillo. The hot desert summers here make adhesive set too fast and cause expansion issues, so I time flooring installation work early in the day and account for the mild winters when doing floor repair near Sun Lakes or Downtown Chandler. I keep the shop open Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–2pm so neighbors around Chandler Fashion Center or Veterans Oasis Park can stop by without hassle.

What Chandler, AZ Customers Say
“Our kitchen tile had cracked from foundation settling common here. Kevin removed the damaged pieces, matched the existing tile, and sealed the grout lines. The floor now feels solid and the cracks have not returned after the summer heat.”
“The laminate in our hallway buckled from the dry desert air. Kevin pulled up the warped boards, leveled the subfloor, and laid new vinyl plank that handles temperature swings. It looks seamless and stays flat.”
“Our living room carpet held years of dust and pet hair. Kevin removed the carpet and padding, sanded the concrete slab smooth, and installed new carpet with a thicker pad. The room feels cooler and cleaner now.”
